Human rights and how the Pakistani treat with them

General information:

In Pakistan, there are still some radical islamic people, who can't accept the human rights and disregarde them. A lot of woman still getting abused by a lot of men by forcing them to have sex with the man or getting married with them.
But most of the victims don't have any chances of getting out of the hell, because no one believe them, when they try to press charges against their rapists. They are thrown out of the popluation and most of the rapists also try to punish them by saying lies and say their innocence.

What part does the government play in this game?

The regime with president Asif Ali Zardari fight against suspicious persons, who try to publish the problems in Pakistan. They put them into prison without any well-founded reasons. Some organizations like “Amnesty International“ or “Human Rights Watch“ are some of the biggest organizations, who always try to bring out some informations out of the country by impoving the situation for the minorty of some ethnic groups of the population.

Why does Pakistan think, that they are allowed to put people into prison without any reasons?

The islamic religion is very important for Pakistan and a lot of other countrys, especially in the eastern part of the world, because most of the people grew up with the Holy Scriptures of the Islam. They belief in a very strict and hard ruled religion, which legitimates for example the man to control their wife and their kids. They think, that the islamic religion should be the only one, which unites every political part in itself.

Law of blasphemy:

For saving this religion and its existence, they legislate a law, called "blasphemy", which rules, that no one is legitimate to make derisives about the islam. So, especially journalists and human rights acitivits suffers under this hard and dangerous situation.

Where are the most dangerous places in Pakistan?

Not the government represents the most dangerous power in this country. Especially the parts of Pakistan, where the regime don't have so much control about it, is full of courts, who don't keep to human rights and full of little tribes, which are informed by a lot of vigilantism.

What happens with the kids in Pakistan?

Besides the criminal problems and the violation of human rights, there is another big topic omnipresent: The child labour. About 3.3 million kids in the age of five to fourteen have to work especially on farms and in companys, in the industrial sector.
A lot of families conceal that their children go working, because the regime legislated against the work of kids under the age of fourteen.
The Human Rights Convention, which is separated from the Pakistani regime, assume that nearly eight to ten million children under fourteen years work on farms instead of going to school. That is roughly one fifth of the kids in the age of fourteen.

Why can't we help these people by critisizing the government?

The main problem is, that we can't reproach them to stop this problem, because Pakistan didn't sign some important treats of human rights, which oblige them to observe the human rights.

Final word:

The fight against the abuse of the human rights is a fight, which never finds a real end and started in the early years of the begining of religions and tribes. But that doesn't legitimates to stop this fight and enjoy the life by knowing that there are people, who life in bad circumstances and need our help. The journalism is a very imporant part for them, but only informing can't help to change their life. Spending money, visiting the country and making an on view of the situation. Everyone can help them, but we have to stand up of out comfortable life and make the world better!

  2. Done :-) I like the structure of your text. Especially the idea to use questions as subtitles is very good! :-)
But I've one point of critique according to the contents of your text. I am also a Muslim and I can't remember that anybody has tought me to control my wife and kids because of my religion. You are right if you say that these people do that shit in the name of the religion but I can't agree that the Islam is the reason itself...
